AI Experiences

Driving adoption of professional-grade AI at enterprise scale

AI only creates value when it is understandable, trusted, and embedded in real workflows. I shape the experience systems, trust patterns, and adoption mechanisms that turn emerging AI capabilities into scalable enterprise products.
Agentic AI Deep Research

Building Trusted AI for Legal Workflows

Lawyers do not need another tool to learn. They need AI that behaves like a trusted professional teammate within the workflows they already rely on. For CoCounsel Legal with Deep AI Research, we shaped an agentic experience that could plan work, make its reasoning transparent, and ground conclusions in trusted legal content.

  • Plans complex work so critical tasks are not missed.
  • Makes reasoning transparent throughout the workflow.
  • Grounds conclusions in 50 years of Westlaw and 30 years of Practical Law expertise.

The result was an AI experience professionals could trust in high-consequence environments, creating a transparent research trail while enabling legal teams to focus on higher-value work.

AI Efficiencies for Tax and Accounting

Embedding AI Across Tax and Accounting Workflows

Tax and accounting professionals face rising complexity, tighter timelines, and ongoing talent pressure. Our work focused on orchestrating AI across the workflow, from autonomous agentic tasks to inline assistance and downstream product capabilities. The goal was not to add another layer of tooling, but to make AI useful within the systems professionals already depend on.

This approach was designed to reduce manual effort, improve workflow efficiency, and enable professionals to spend more time on higher-value advisory work.

CoCounsel AI Skills Library

Solving the AI Cold Start Problem

One of the biggest barriers to AI adoption is cold start. Customers hear the promise, but if early use feels abstract or confusing, they disengage quickly.

To address this, I led the experience strategy for a centralized Skills Library that translated AI capabilities into discoverable, workflow-based entry points. Between Q4 2024 and Q2 2025, AI skill executions increased 92%, demonstrating growing adoption as these capabilities became easier to discover and use.

Microsoft Copilot and Thomson Reuters CoCounsel

Meeting Professionals at the Point of Work

AI adoption accelerates when it appears inside workflows customers already trust.

I led the experience strategy for integrating CoCounsel into Microsoft Copilot, bringing trusted content, AI capabilities, and organizational context into the tools professionals already use. Rather than requiring customers to adopt another destination, the integration brought professional-grade AI directly into their existing workflows.
