Architecting Clarity, Securing Investment
Thomson Reuters sat on untapped potential with a powerful but fragmented product suite. The challenge was more than just technical integration, we were missing a vision for where we were going. I creative-directed a unified strategic narrative to bridge that gap, defining a seamless AI-integrated future.
This vision did more than align internal teams. When brought to life in a keynote at Thomson Reuters' Synergy 2024, it energized the customer base. The overwhelming response proved that customers were hungry for this cohesive story and eager to see it brought to reality.
The vision was simple: meet customers where they work. Microsoft sought to eliminate context switching by embedding partners into Microsoft 365. I oversaw the creative strategy to answer this call, embedding Thomson Reuters trusted intelligence directly into that workflow.
Microsoft Executives demonstrated the CoCounsel and Copilot integration on the main stage at Microsoft Build 2024. They highlighted how this deep integration allows professionals to execute intricate workloads, traditionally taking days, in mere seconds. This proved that professional-grade AI enhances productivity without disrupting the core workflow.
Expedia's fragmented "in-market" experience held immense potential. Collaborating with the division President, I creative-directed a scalable solution that delivered the intimate feeling of a local concierge, both online and in-person. Early executions of this vision generated $250M in annual revenue, proving that a bold creative strategy could unlock an entirely new revenue stream and fundamentally expand the core business model.
Windows Phone faced a global data deadlock where regional teams resisted sharing data, paralyzing strategic decisions. My agency created a vision for a consolidated reporting ecosystem, modeling the direct link between marketing and sales to illustrate the "art of the possible." Seeing this potential broke the internal resistance, convincing global teams to partner with the U.S. and rallying the organization around a single vision that transformed fragmentation into unified insight.
CURATED THOUGHTS
